Unfortunately, I ordered some merchandise from your company. I never received my package.

I need to know what I need to do. They told me that it wouldn't be. It will be here in 3 to 7 days. I still haven't received it.

Then it said it would be issued yesterday, but I still never got it. Then I received one on the app, and on the app, it says it's undeliverable.

Can I get my email correct from the one that you have in the system? I can't send over my gift card.

I, Paula Gardner, tracked my order, and my order was delivered to Louisville, Kentucky, but when I called UPS, they said they can't find it. I placed my order on June 28th; my order is 18985****. I ordered 2 maxi skirts at a total of $58.29.

Made a purchase; the money was pulled from my bank account, but the order isn't showing up in my profile. It didn't even email me an order confirmation.

I made one order the items were too little so I sent them back. They gave me a refund credit to shop with fashion nova now I re-ordered the order did not come in time.

I would like a full refund. I do not want no credit to fashion nova just the second order I made and its not even on time.

I sent my things in for a refund like three weeks ago. I still haven't received my refund.

I did everything that I was supposed to do; I went to UPS to return the package. They are in the original packages. I understand school’s time is back, but I really need my refund. I've been waiting for three weeks.

I tried to cancel an order I ordered by mistake immediately, and the order hadn't been shipped, and they wouldn't allow me to cancel it, so I can't get my money back. I now have to wait till the order arrives, and they charge you $7.99 to send it back. This is wrong and ridiculous!

However, one of my items gave me nothing off.
