I ordered over $40 worth of clothes; tracking was off and late. Also, I still haven't received my clothes, and now the tracking said delivered without me again having my items.

I need a refund or my items, especially when I could have used those funds somewhere else that was needed. What makes it worse is there's no number to call or anyone to speak with about this matter.

Purchased a coat. I never received an email, but the payment was saying it would send an email when shipped.

I ordered it days ago. I received a notification confirmation of payment, but it was taken from my bank account. So I really need to be contacted ASAP before this coat sells out. I waited for it to get back in stock.

Please figure out what you did wrong because I did nothing but shop. Picture of the coat, and the money was taken from my account.

Hi, my name is Tycie Smith and I sent you my debit card number which has Tycie Smith on there but my order has Tycie with a V in it and there's no V in my name. My name is Tycie not Tyvie.

They didnt send my complete order just the pants not the sweatshirt. Im highly upset because I reach out through email and they dont say anything about the mess up. All its saying is give a review and have me doing all this other stuff which has nothing to do with what Im going through, this awful where you cant speak to somebody.

I placed an order and paid extra for it to arrive before my event. My order has been in limbo, but they have an expected delivery date, which is today, and it's still in transit from CA.

I'm so upset I had to hurry up and purchase another outfit and spend more money, and you can't get a live person to assist, only robots with generated auto replies.

Such a big company like this, they should have live customer service reps. They make millions of dollars and are very unreliable!

I paid extra for faster shipping on my orders, almost $20 total for both, just to make sure everything would arrive in time for my events. Unfortunately, neither order showed up when promised.

It's really disappointing to spend extra money for a service that wasn't fulfilled, especially when I planned ahead for a specific date. I wouldn't have paid for expedited shipping if I knew it would arrive late anyway.

I don't wear a small. I ordered pants, and I got an extra small dress.

never received my order; that was ordered on September 6, supposed to have arrived by September 9. I paid 45 dollars for a dress I never received.

i received a pair of sweatpants and the writing on them had overlapping words. seems to br a printing error.

they sent me a replacement with 2 day shipping !

it took 24-48hrs for the initial response and then i had to upload proof of purchase, photos of the item and damaged areas and also the labels on the bag and tag. After that they confirmed my item was defective and sent me a replacement.
