Refund for my packages being returned to the facility
- - Purchase with Fashion Nova on March 12; a UPS scam text caused confusion, I unintentionally selected return, and I want a refund after the items are received.

I made a purchase with fashion nova March 12th. Received a text message from UPS that I didnt know was a scam at that time. So I called UPS to see about my packages, I was told to contact the sender which was fashion nova. So I called back the second time, the second time I called UPS, it wasnt alive agent.
I was given options to press numbers so when I made a mistake by pressing a number that was the number saying that I wanted to return what I purchased which was a total big mistake. Ive been shopping with fashion nova for years I never had a problem never ever. It was never me refusing my purchase, it was a mistake. Plus the text message that was a scam from UPS completely threw me off.
I would like my refund on everything I purchased once fashion nova receive the items back. Thank you

I've been trying to get in contact with an actual person to discuss my issue with an item that I purchased online from Fashionova! The online directory is no help to me because my issue isn't even listed as an option!!
The issue is I washed a pair of cargo pants 1 time and they completely came apart!! I really like the cargo pants and want a replacement!
- I really like the fashion and they always have my size

Order question
I put the wrong address on file and its going to a whole different address thats not mine what should I do in this situation I still want my order but I wanna quickly want to change my address

I never received my second item from my order #17632****, and I reported the issue some time ago with no resolution. I was never given an option to order another 2-piece pants set in place of my missing item.
FN has all these rules, but it's very unfair to the customer when you're not providing good customer service/support in return. I'm highly disappointed and would like a resolution immediately, please!

Last Friday I returned 3 packages, but the UPS agent scanned only 1. I miss 2 shirts in this package.

I returned my packages and got no refund or credit
- - No one answered after redirect to help center; I can't access it as my email is unused, and I returned my package 4 days ago with no credit or refund.
Nobody answered the call when they redirected me to the help center. Because my email is out of use, I cannot access the help center, even though my phone number is linked to my account.
I returned my package about 4 days ago and still haven't received any credit or refund. I am very displeased with this situation and hope I get a response.

Was sent used clothes /with a whole in it as well
Disgusted with the red Ed Hardy pants I ordered. They are used.
There is also *** in them. The middle area has worn marks.

An item was not in my delivery nor on my receipt but I was still charged.
- - One pair of pumps was not shipped.
- - I was charged for 9 items but only 8 were shipped.

I pay for a pair of heels but never received them and when I realized they weren’t coming fashion nova said too late you should have told us sooner!

I received the wrong item
I purchased women's green jogging pants to match a green hoodie and got maroon spandex shorts. I am disappointed it was for my sister's birthday.
