On the 11th of August, i was at home expecting my delivery. My delivery showed delivered and it wasn't delivered to the supposed address given for it to be delivered to.
I raised a query and requested for proof of delivery only to find out that my order has been delivered to a wrong address, i followed up with customer service so they could help but nothing has been done about it. I have also submitted proof of my address and the address it was delivered to I'm yet to get any information regarding my order or refund

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They send me a refund email after they refused to refund it on their second email and I insisted to get full refund and not partly refund or seift transfer
They marked the order as completed but the items was never received
The order was above 96 USD but they sent me a gift card of 71 USD
My request to cancel the order, not responding
A decent company should cancel the order and return back the money without any gift card offering with reduced amount

I received an email and text advertisement stating that if I made an order by noon on July 2nd, I could receive it by July 3rd. I did this; however, upon checkout, there wasn't an option available for next day delivery.
I actually made the order anyway and attempted to call customer service, only to find out there is no customer service. I then emailed the company, but the response email referred me to the online help center which COULD NOT HELP ME!! How does a business not have human interaction with their customers?
Again, all questions cannot be answered via the help center. Sometimes a customer needs to speak to a human.

I put in my current address, but Fashion Nova still sent my black skirt, priced at a total of $32.38, to my old address. I will need a full and complete refund since I won't be able to receive the black skirt. Thank you.

"I had a terrible experience with Fashion Nova. The moment I placed my order, I realized I made a mistake with the address and tried to edit it within **one minute** of submission.
But guess what? There's **no way to edit or cancel the order**! No option to modify the address, not even for a brief window.
To make matters worse, **there's no way to contact anyone for help**no live chat, no phone number, just a generic form that doesn't lead to any actual support. For a company of their size, its shocking how impossible it is to speak to a human.
I thought my address was correct because their app redirected me to the Shop app, where my address is up-to-date.
But instead, it somehow used the wrong address, and now Im out over **$80**. Fashion Novas checkout process is **beyond flawed**, and their lack of customer service is just unacceptable.
A simple option to edit the address before shipping should be standard. I won't be shopping here again."

I have spent over $800.00 with Fashion Nova as a new consumer within the past few weeks. My shoes are damaged, lipstick broken, jumpsuit will not unzip and they refuse to correct the situation after promising to do so.
They told me they reserve the right to refuse multiple claims. Well, I only filed one claim with four to five items within that one claim. They refused my claim after I sent proof of delivery.
Prior to asking me for the bar code information they gave me three choices for a resolution that even included giving my card a refund. I'm trying to get a hold of Richard Saghian the CEO at: Richard.Saghian@***.com...

Paid for order twice thinking the first one didnt went through but the second time did the same thing! Both orders were cancelled and the money was taken !
A total of 95,26 on top of fees from the bank I wont get back! Why you took the money and cancelled both orders ? # 13918**** and # 13918****! This is unacceptable!
And on top is no costumer service! All what can be done is email and get no answers !
I did not know you scamming people and thats wrong ! I want the money back or I will continue to give bad reviews everywhere!

The company replay that they do not refund the money only with gift card after reducing shipment of 15$ I told them that carier return is their problem not my problem, since the address is good for other carriers. They told md that they can not do it with my payment and want to do it with swift and not cancel the order.
I told them that it is a scam and I will call Visa and Master card to cancel their contract since they not obey their policy. I insist to fully refund all the money via my payment method by canceling the order
