Every time I try to reach out regarding purchases that I made back to back no answer, error messages and the whole nine. Its frustrating! And I still havent been helped or had any direction of how to go from here. No phone numbers, no one has reached out, I cant submit anything because something is wrong with the fashion nova online website for help. Smh, I have an item missing in one order and the other order I was sent damaged products that has a red arrow pointing to the damaged area! And they still sent it PLUS MISSING A PAIR OF SHOES!!!

I ordered from you guys on April 29, 2024. I have not received anything, nor has the site sent me a confirmation email. Additionally, I am unable to track my order. I recently ordered and received a package. However, one of the items (ribbed shorts) had a giant hole in the inseam. I have an account with Fashion Nova, and I followed the steps to figure out how I could potentially replace the damaged item, but the website just keeps telling me to ensure I report any faulty items within 14 days of the shipment date. Yet, when I follow the steps to see how I can report, it never provides an email or a phone number to report the faulty pair of shorts. I don't understand why I had to input my email and the order number only to be told to just report the order. But where? To whom? I looked all over the Contact Us page, and it just made me repeat the steps again. I've never encountered any issues with any of my orders, as I've ordered many times from this site in the past but, for some reason, I can't find a way to get a hold of anyone, and it just keeps sending me in circles.

So, I ordered $68.66 worth of your clothing on 4/21. I thought I ordered straight from fashionnova.com, since your website popped up, and I was shopping on your site. However, after purchasing, I received a tracking number from track 718. I waited 32.6 days to receive my order. To my surprise, I received a ring from Moissanite on Saturday and not anything I ordered. I am highly upset with the way this could have happened when I was on your website. I looked through thousands of flash sale clothing pieces, reviews, and products. I was expecting to get what I purchased.

I received my package on 15 May from DHL Aruba. My package was damaged. I ordered five items but only received one. I followed all procedures with DHL and they told me that I had to submit a claim with Fashion Nova. However, Fashion Nova refused to make a claim, suggesting it could be fraudulent, which is not the case. I'm just a buyer and I received my damaged package. I didn’t leave DHL's premises when I received the package. Now, for me to get my money back from DHL, Fashion Nova has to submit a claim. I think they don’t want to because it will look like they sent a damaged package, which is not the case. I believe that the package became damaged during its transfer from DHL USA to DHL Aruba. Thus, DHL Aruba should be held responsible, but they will not proceed unless Fashion Nova makes a claim. As a result, I am left with no clothes, no refund, and out $200. I have photos detailing the damaged state in which I received the package. There are also pictures available of the damaged package upon its arrival in Aruba. DHL provided these photographs to me and I can always send them on. I am not trying to be annoying, but it is heartbreaking to go through all these hurdles for clothes that I ordered and paid for with my hard-earned money. It is hard enough finding decent clothes in my size where I live. Fashion Nova was the only company and website where I felt comfortable purchasing, and knowing that I have to go through all of this just to get my money back because I didn't receive my clothes is ridiculous.

I haven't received any correspondence from fashion in regards to correcting the matter of the unauthorized charge of $720 instead of the Intended price reflected at checkout

Complaint Summary
Issue: I was charged $720 for My order instead of the $355.33 displayed at checkout after using a coupon code.
Details:
* I applied the coupon code and the checkout total reflected $355.33.
* I were charged $720 after placing the order.
* I attempted to cancel the order immediately but were unable to due to Fashion Nova's Lack of Customer Care Option for support (No call number , Concerns Via email Only ,No supervisor available when requested.
* Contacted customer service via email and requested a correction or cancellation.
* After communicating with customer service, I was offered a store credit upon returning the order.
Request:
* A full refund of the $720 overcharge to your debit card. (last 4 digits mentioned)
* Alternatively, honoring the coupon code for the original discounted price.
Reason for Dissatisfaction:
* I am being forced to either keep the items at an inflated price or return them for a store credit (gift card) which means I will still have to do business with fashion Nova and still be out of the money that was taken from me due to false advertisement.

and still be without the the originally desired items.
Additional Information:
* The order was placed on March 6th, 2024 and arrived very quickly on March 7th, 2024.
Conclusion:
I believe this situation is unfair and a breach of trust. I will not do business with Fashion Nova again if the issue is not resolved fairly.
