I purchased an item (a dress) under BOGO. The dress came in one color.
I liked the dress, so I ordered a small and a medium. How do I return the other one? Why weren't there other options (styles) to go along with this particular dress?
What can I do? I don't want two of the same dresses.

I ordered some items because my niece is having a concert on Friday for one my order was supposed to be here in 2 days that did not happen the items that I ordered are missing plus I have a mini skirt that looks like its for a baby in my order that I didnt order the bag is taped up with a bunch of clear and black tape I order from here all of the time and my last order had 2 items missing and I had just been so busy that I didnt report it because Im always buying clothes from here and just really didnt trip off of it because they were two pairs of earrings. Everything is wrong with my order I would not send anyone a order that looks like this!
I ordered a red purse, red glasses,red outfit because I am supposed to wear red to the concert tomorrow, I dont have anything red in my order! I have both pairs off shoes,a pair of jeans and a mini skirt that I didnt even order this is not right fashion nova is starting to be like SHEIN I had something I wanted to wear to the concert but when I was instructed to wear red I placed another order. This is the only way that i can get my message across because they dont have a customer service line and if you call the store number they dont give you any information! This was a waste of money and time Im very upset!
I want my clothes or my money! And I feel like a supervisor should redo my order and do it right instead of taping up my order!

Please do not insult me further for responding inappropriately as if the meager 10 dollars offered to me on 8/4 in response to my request as compensation is supposed to in anyway be a negotiation or adequate enough to dismiss what I am demanding here. I dont want ten dollars added to my account.
I am not kindly disregarding the inaccurate notifications about my package. On 7/24 I made a purchase. Two orders. Fashion Nova 7/29 falsely misinformed me that UPS was in possession of my items when it never left the hub.
The carrier was not the reason for the delay. On 7/29 fashion nova falsely misinformed me that my shipment was on its way to me green light even in the navigation bar on your site as if it was moving. But, In reality UPS was never in possession of my shipment. On 7/28 fashion Nova tells me my package is stalled and on its way the same day.
On 7/31 I reached out to UPS: UPS rep made it clear that they were never in possession of the package.
Fashion Nova also displays inaccurate information of delivered orders with dates set upcoming and in the future. Its past tense mind you, and the site itself needs to be fixed. Nonetheless, My trip was delayed due to this misinformation. I purchased a new order to be shipped by one day shipment to my vacation destination sent to an air b & b so that I can have the items I wanted in time for the event I wanted.
Fashion Nova already has been sued for this illegal practice. This is non negotiable. I am demanding a refund in full paid back to my original form of payment. UPS did not get possession of the items until 8/2.
You are not entitled to keeping my money. Once this shipment does get to its destination, assuming it gets there without issue from UPS, what would fashion nova like me to do with those items? I will not be paying for those items. I will dispute it on every level.
Please let me know if I am just to proceed with the chargeback?
I explained explicitly what my next steps are in the previous message For clarity here, when I put this in the hands of my bank, and afterpay to investigate, is Fashion Nova denying me my full refund?
The money will be accredited back to my account in the meantime, so it makes no difference to me either way. Your response is needed when I bring my case forth to my bank, to the BBB, attorney general, all the reviews on every platform I can find when I leave comment on this matter, along with the FTC who I am protected by as they will enforce mail OTP laws that exist to implement merchant/consumer statutes that were not properly handled by Fashion Nova in its legal precedent.

I have filled out the forms several times and they keep taking me in circles. I should not have to keep paying to return a jumpsuit that is mis-sized.
The first one fit like an XS. It fit perfectly except for the bust area. I'm 5'2' and weigh 116 lbs. I couldn't zip it.
There was a 1' space in the back when I tried to zip it. I reordered a M and it is huge. It fits like a large. I already paid $3.99 to return the small and $7.99 for shipping to reorder in a Medium.
This is a defective item. There is something obviously wrong with the sizing of this jumpsuit. I even tried calling Customer Service. How do I send photos?
And not pay to return it?
Why is this telling me I already have an account using ottellia@***.com? I'm complaining about that account.

Per your companies instructions, I went to UPS & paid for the return label & then sent all items in their bags back! There has yet to be a response over a month later from your company! I am deeply disappointed at how easy your system will take my money, but this company same system has failed to send a response or my money back!

Hello, recently there was a 50% off sale at Fashion Nova. I placed my order and ordered eight items.
However, I only received three of the items. There were five items missing, including a pair of trousers and a blazer. Clearly, whoever packed the bag could see that there were missing items. The order ticket was in the bag as if all the items were packed.
Now, I can't get anyone on the phone to discuss this concern, and a ticket has been sent. I only received a black dress, a black shirt, and a pink jumper.

I received the pink Mallory jumpsuit and Footwells lace maxi dress. I didnt receive The hater demon jumpsuit, Strut my way wrap up heels and Cant deny this demin jumpsuit white . When I noticed that the package was open after I open I open it up in the middle. I noticed it was only 2 item in the bag.
I went back outside to see if it was another package but it wasnt . I am so disappointed because this has never happen before.

I keep getting automated messages. My daughter's birthday is ruined, and they won't refund my money or let me talk to anyone.
They never gave my package to UPS, they literally just created a label, never shipped the package and took my money. They messed up my daughter's whole birthday.

However, my package was instead left at the front door of my building, which is insecure and accessible to everyone. When I returned home to retrieve my package, it wasn't where the picture sent by the driver indicated it would be.

Good morning, I havent heard back from anyone from Fashion Nova. The website keeps saying click help center then click have a problem well non of the feature are working.
I started clicking every link in the health center just to see if I could get an actual email or person to write to.
I havent gotten a response yet. My order is messed up and missing one item. My item is missing. You sent me something that doesnt belong in my order and you havent answered any of my emails.
