My experience with fashion nova is horrible. I never received my items, they are refusing to give me a refund I contacted the legal department, they refuse to contact me back.
I mean this is just horrific. It’s like a nightmare.I have never been through anything like this in my life.
Fashion nova has had me & my entire family as loyal customers for a very long time & they can just give me my money back. I’m a single disabled woman on a fixed income that doesn’t have money to give away & it’s a shame the measures I’m having to go through to get my money back.
I placed an order on December 2nd. They said my order would arrive on the 12th.
However, in the fine print of my order, it said if it was still in transit within the 6th day, I should reach out to support. I did that several times. Also, it says you can get a refund if your items are still in transit by the 6th day, which mine was. My legal advisor told me by law they either had to give me a refund or expedite my order.
I did not mention a rush order; I simply asked for my money back. They lied and told me they couldn't refund me as my order was still being processed in the warehouse. Once again, they lied; my order had not yet even been processed. They refused to refund my money.
The repeated lies were causing me severe stress. I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks and this was pushing me to the brink. My legal advisor told me to ask for a phone number because that is my legal right. They never responded to my request.
The next thing I knew, I received an email a day later saying we have exciting news: your order is being delivered in one day. But when that day came, I didn't receive anything. I contacted them again to ask why they lied, presumably to prevent me contacting the attorney general's office. I received an email claiming it would arrive the next day.
I checked with UPS and saw no update. My legal advisor did some investigating with UPS, who informed us that they had only just received a shipping label and were waiting on the order arrival. Just because a business prints a shipping label does not mean your items will be shipped on time. I have a flight on Friday morning at 7 am to go surprise my daughter for her birthday.
I had ordered her some gifts from Fashion Nova. Now, I don't even want the items. I'm considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to get my money refunded. Their one phone number never even rang – I should have just called myself.
Fashion Nova is a rip-off and I'm tired of letting them get away with it! I want to escalate things to whoever is in charge to stop this. I have plenty of proof to support my claims. They even had the audacity to tell me my items were still within the timeframe and if I didn't receive them by the 16th, to call them back.
That's nonsensical! That's not the original timeframe; they switched it to one-day delivery. That's why I want to speak to someone over the phone, because these emails are not helping.
I need a real phone number. I am a very upset customer!

I have 4 packages all ordered separate and a total value of up to 800$ that is being spent using Zip pay, I still have not received anything only update I got which was through calling ups the carrier for my items is an investigation is being done.

I have a big issue with fashion nova because know that I’ve realized that they don’t have an email or a phone number so that people that has the same problems I just experienced or worse can’t get in contact with anyone and me personally I think that’s stupid because on the app when u try to track your package or try to do a refund it doesn’t do anything but take u back were u started. I could’ve been resolved this issue but I didn’t have a number or email and I still don’t really. So I’m just going to tell everyone so just pick your online merchants wisely
I ordered a pair of pants on November 26th it said that they had been delivered but I was at home that entire day that they were supposed to have been delivered nobody showed up and for the past couple of weeks Ive trying to find a number or something I could call to let the merchant know I never received my package and I would like to receive a refund for the item i never received

I purchased a Black cold ready nylon puffer jacket and the jacket they sent to me left sleeve is sewed together in the inside. I put my arm through the right sleeve in my whole arm went through the sleeve out of the wrist of the jacket.
Then I place my left arm inside of the left sleeve and I end up jamming my fingers that have been surgically repaired a few years back in the inside of the left sleeve. Comes to find out they sold me a jacket where the sew-in in the inside of the left sleeve is sewed together. The bottom of the left sleeve was balled up when I took it out of the plastic and the sewing in the inside of the sleeve where they place the feathers has a line in the inside that is twisting the bottom of the left sleeve of the jacket and is hurt in my wrist and it already hurt my hand. I purchased three other items as well and all items were good.
Except the T-shirt I purchased was dirty and now the jacket they sold me with the ruined sleeve they are now saying that jacket cannot be refunded.
So they knew the jacket was messed up and they sold it to me anyway and they made sure no one can get a refund back. Well now I have to go to the hospital for my hand getting hurt inside the sleeve of the coat they sold me from fashion Nova.

Emailed Fashion Nova told them I didn't receive item. They said ok item was out of stock.
But nobody emailed me it was out of stock. So then they call themselves doing a further investigation and the delivery drivers supposedly provided a picture, and they did see of course it was of a different address. So when I told them that they stated I need to go and check my neighbors and if they don't have it file a police report with my local PD. I said why would I do that when it wasn't delivered to the right address.
So they ask me to provide pictures of my home and the numbers and the porch which I did and of course they clearly can tell it's not my home. So with all being said and done I haven't been able to contact them through email anymore. It keeps stating there is a mail delivery problem.
And of course there's no direct number for them. I've never had problems b4, and it just saddens me

Emailed Fashion Nova and reported I didn't receive product. Told me product was out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund or a credit.
Took the credit. Received another email that stated they did a further investigation and stated that they received a photo that was taken of the item delivered. They told me to check with neighbors and I don't find it to make a report with my local Police department. So when I saw the photo told them it wasn't my place of residence they say send us photo of whole porch and address # and porch.
So when I send the photos that's when they
ghosted me and stop receiving emails from me.
It's stating that there is a problem email delivery. I actually enjoy the products and this incident put a bad taste in my mouth where I don't feel comfortable to continue purchasing from them in the future

I ordered items well before Christmas. They were supposed to have arrived on the 23rd, but I did not receive them until the 28th, which was after Christmas.

I ordered a black dress and received black pants instead, which looked like they had been worn. I ordered this for a company party.
This is inconvenient and unacceptable.
Now, I have to find another dress and I still have not heard from anyone from Fashion Nova about a refund. An email was sent after going through *** to reach customer service just to inquire about a refund, but I still have not received any communication from them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I couldn't take no action because it's no way to contact Fashion Nova via telephone or email.
Therefore, I had to wait and finally received message from them and UPS saying package received and shipped. I received all items ordered on 12/28/2024 instead of 12/19/2024.
I ordered the wrong size, so to return items, the customer is charged $7.99 per order. I asked for a refund back to the original debit card, which I paid from, but they ignored my request and refunded on their gift card to make me spend it with them.
On 12/2/2024, I ordered pants to use my gift cards and still have not received my order, just a shipping label created. I will not shop with them ever again.
