Nobody has helped me or sent my money back never got order they dum corrier either gave you wrong person most likely your company didn’t even send it because they are not even a A legitimate company as I’m trying to discuss my order whereabouts never received it so I need a refund in return because that is not good enough. They should’ve asked the person for a license or you guys should’ve actually sent a tracking but I didn’t receive neither so please refund amount in full ASAP. A to Z return policy

I ordered a sheep skin coat which transfers lint onto clothing.

Youre not able to wash it to remove it. I tried to contact customer service to find a solution and no avail.

I was left with no choice but to return, only to find that the return was more money than the coat. I am now out of pocket and left with an item I cannot use.

I tried ordering shoes for a fashion show in the 16th. They said with express one day shipping I would get it by Wednesday the 13th and I paid 19.99 for that along with the extra heels they tricked me into adding to my shoe.

As a result of this scam deal I could not cancel my order and fashion nova is weird because how cant I contact customer service.

Instead of coming the Wednesday they were expected, it started saying it was delayed to the 19th past when I needed it, breaking their promise of express shipping while still keeping my money. They stole 77 dollars worth of my money

Wrong /inaccurate sizing

I order multiple dress because the quality and sizing usually accurate.

In this case it wasnt which is not the main issue because mistake happen but the returns fee for uk customers is expensive.

If the items were just unwanted I would happily pay but its not my fault that the items are not accurate.

I dont think I should be paying any returns fee as its not my mistake.

I also bought another item and the item became faulty less than a month of having it.

I was pretty happy with it the beginning but then when I saw the huge whole in the pocket area I just couldnt keep it.

The returns fee are almost or even more expensive than the item itself.

I shouldnt be paying for the companies mistake.

I want returns shipping to be paid from the company.

I went to the Fashion Nova app, not the website, so I expected the quality of your services to be easier. But for some reason, I was charged on my account and then when I went back to Fashion Nova, all of the items that I bought were still in my cart, indicating that I never placed the order.
