It actually almost have been a year since I made this purchase I purchased the item right after the football season ended because it was a very good price. Buy one get one free. It was just brought to my attention on a few days ago when we had a big event set for all our family members to wear these dresses to a football game. When someone notice that the spelling of the number one football player in New Orleans for the Saints Alvin Kamara-#41 The spelling on the back of the white sequence dress is KarmaAnd Customer Service.. reply to me by saying first of all, its past the date as far as a refund I do understand that Im not asking for a refund but to know not only have you gotten over me by selling me address that is spelled all the way incorrect You still have it advertised for sale which means youre scheming and scamming on other customers I ask if I cannot be refunded completely at least give me a credit towards my loss of purchase. The dresses are all brand new still in the original bag still have the original label on them. I wish to expose this company to let all the consumers know buyer beware I spent $215 on these dresses, which is considered a total loss. For the past year along I spent over $3000 with this company so to be a lawyer customer not just this year but a few years back also. Again, I do understand is past the 30 days and the only reason why its been right at the year like I said early on I purchased these dresses after the football season. I had no need to pull them out nor wear them. It was my goal to get them and put them up for this year season of football and to know that they have completely scam me out of my money they have lost one of the most loyal customers ever I actually have a credit for $100from them and before I actually use this credit that I had, I will give it to someone else I refuse to shop with them ever again. I just wanted to be known Im sending pictures of the actual dress that they sent me with the incorrect spelling of the football players name, along with his original jersey, showing his correct spelling along with his number, but yet they said that was their intentions to put the word, on the back of a number one saints football players, but you have his number on the back but the name spelled completely wrong. I think thats bogus and *** The biggest scam Ive ever seen with a company like this when it comes to the buy one get one free an item could be advertised at $59.99 one week, and then they come along with a buy one get one free sale that same item would be change pricewise to $89 or more so by time you buy one get one free you really not getting anything free because they have Jack the price up therefore, you pay the initial cost of the item also, what they do when it comes to the buy one get one free you can have a total of four items anybody that runs a buy one get one free sale we know you pay for the higher item 1st and you get the less item free or if its a same amount of course you get that amount for free but if you buy full items one might be $$89 the second item would be $79. The third item would be $39. The fourth item would be $25. instead of them, taking a two higher price items and give you half off on one of the higher cost items theyre going to take the last two cheapest items and give you half off on them. Therefore, if you dont buy all the same items at the same price youre not getting a deal because theyre ripping people off that way also. but yet they can get your money charge your card instantly never get a phone call response only a email theres somebody somebody thats human to take your money but theres no human to have the courtesy enough to call you when theres an issue with your order or your money I think thats the biggest scam ever. What company is making billions of dollars a day and fly under the radar with zero contact verbally with their customers opposed to an email that answers almost the same every time. And youre forced to shop with them because you dont get your money back you can only get a credit , but its not fair because when I spend my money I dont pay them from a credit I pay them from my bank account and I dont think its right they should be called out. They shouldnt be in business. Im sorry I ever ever shop with them I dont care what kind of sale they run how fast they can get it shipped to me they will never ever ever get my money. The pictures of the physical dress to show what they sold me, and the actual spelling of his name the football player but again they excuse was the reason why of course it was past the 30 days for a refund that part I understand, but to satisfy your customer known you sold item that was clearly defected it shouldnt of been a problem for them to fix the situation. I dont care if it was a credit only.

I paid for two day shipping and shoes didnt arrive on time and when they did arrive they was to small so I sent them back and bought a bigger pair but I still havent received my money back yet. How do your company issue out refunds, because I need my money back in the first pair of shoes I sent back.

My package was stolen I reported it fashion nova wont refund or give me another outfit because there was pictures to show it was delivered but it was delivered on the grown in my apartment building and now there nobody to talk to Ive been a value customer for over 3yrs this is sad

I didnt get my items I purchased and you received them back and no refund.nobody aint got no 200.00 dollars to throw away .you all kept my money and got you all items back .im a value costumer that shop with you all so much .i cant help what went on in my life and you all if you all got you all items back you should have gave me my refund .and you all see it said still with carrier when you look it up *** aint word

Hello so on 01/15/2024 I order from your fashion nova website you were having a $1.99 Jean sale and I order $41.54 worth of clothes. After I paid for my order240116****09706I rcvd an email from Fashion Nova LLC confirming my order but it said order Readsion in the email I have never received my order when I tried to put in the order # I rcvd you say it dosent exist cant be found So in actuality I placed a order with this fake *** company called Readsion but I place the order on your website Fashion Nova So can someone please tell me what the *** happen and why is Readsion able to use your website to take peoples money when placing an order with what people think is Fashion nova I have a picture of my email that has your name on it etc Please Please Please someone get back to me and acknowledge my concerns Because Ive been cheated out of $41.54 because I placed an order under your site but some how Readsion is using yall as a cover I need help thank you

My order told me it was delivered and I never received it. Trying to figure out who I need to talk to about it. I waited 4 weeks to not even receive my order. I need to know where it at or get my money back.

According to their refund policy if youre not satisfied with incorrect you can get refunded to the institution of which you paid not a store credit

Package says delivered with a signature however warehouse says they have not received no package even after a tracking number was provided. I the buyer contacted ups and ups wants fashionnova to contact them personally to help with my missing package. Iwas told by warehouse sometimes because the persons signature is in a system it can show a package is delivered and has not been delivered.

Tried to call because went through the help desk they requested photos but there was no option to send the photos that they requested so that was the reason for my call but the never ever answer the phone calls!

Package was delivered to the wrong address, I never got my package . I filed a claim with ups on 12/24/23 and never was refunded and I never got my package. UPS told me they are waiting for fashion nova to pay them on order to refund me. Please give my my money back!

Made a purchase Nov 2023, but still haven't received my package. So I contacted them requesting a refund. However I still haven't heard anything, no email with an update etc. At this point I am fustrated and its really bad since this was my first purchase.
