I paid an extra 22 USD for two days shipping. Turns out I got duped and it's standard shipping. I'll receive my package next week. My order that I ordered on May 17,2026 before this order hasn't even processed in which will be arriving at the same time as this order May 26,2026. Makes no sense reason being both orders were processed days apart. I want a refund for false advertisement. I knew that my package wouldn't arrive in two days because I didn't receive information about my first order process.

I only received 8 items of my 16 items that I ordered. I never received an email of items being out of stock.

When I received the shipment tracking all 16 items were to be shipped. Where are my 8 items? This has never happened before and I am very concerned. Please help me get my 8 items.

My claim was denied and I also sent pictures of the items that I did receive with picture of packaging and packaging slip. The package total weight was 17 pounds for 16 items.

All I want is the items missing because the order is for my husband birthday, and me and my daughter vacation trip. I spent close to $500 on this order and I have no reason to steal or be dishonest of the items that were missing. I also have another order that i made for vacation that will be arriving this week and the order# is 18076**** totaling $188.35 with 9 items.

It's not fair to me to not even receive the items missing or a gift card for the total amount of the 8 items missing so that I can use to replace the order for the items missing. None of these options were never offered or considered, and off the top the investigation/claim department denied my case and probably didn't read my emails.

Is this process/ investigation running by automation because there is no human heart or human conscious involved in this investigation, or no great effort of investigation because ALL my items were not in my package and I swear to GOD on EVERYTHING I LOVE. I have been in contact with the department every day and I will not stop because I am wrongfully denied and cheated, and I was stolen from in my order of 8 items.

I placed an order on May 9 and paid an extra fee of 27.99 to have my things delivered the next day. Didn't get anything still, even after they refunded me back only the 27.99.

I still can't locate where and when my things are supposed to be here, and today is May 13. Fashion Nova sucks with their customer service and warehouse and how they lie to us, advertising all these deals and promises you will get your order the next day even after you pay for it, and still nothing. I've reached out to these people several times and I don't hear anything back until days later, and still no tracking or anything, but they are telling me they can't cancel an order that's already in transit. In transit, where?

I will be reporting and filing a claim with my bank for all my money to be refunded, and at this point, I don't care where their clothes may lead. I'm done with you frauds.

Since I'm not Cardi B or a celebrity, this is how they treat their customers who aren't celebs. I bet if I was a celeb, I would have had my things immediately.

UPDATE 2: I was charged to return the item.

Zero out of five rating. On the same day I ordered, I received a notification that my order was delayed and would arrive later than originally scheduled (later than I needed it).

I followed the link to cancel the order as it had not been shipped yet. I then received notice that they had refunded me for the shipping and apologized that this was not the outcome I wanted. Only refunding the shipping, are you kidding me? I cannot find a way to reach a real person (by email or phone) for customer service.

It still gives me the option to initiate a return on the website, but when I try to do so, it asks that I send back something I have not received, something that was NEVER shipped.

I paid over $100, and they only refunded me for the shipping. Do not shop here; they are a scam!

The label was created and the product is being shipped. It cannot be stopped.

They refunded the shipping NOW because you initiated cancellation.

Once you send the product back, the $89 will be refunded. Maybe online ordering is not for you.

Oh, hello, Guest-287****, who has to hide behind anonymity. While one could applaud you for your confidence, I hold no respect for the way you have shown up with assumptive, small-minded judgment.

If you did not intend to sound like an *** (which is a tough sell at this point), you could consider constructively educating. So perhaps online commenting is not for you. (Unless you enjoy contributing to the world being a *** place, then by all means, you do you.) Clarification for everyone else regarding the junk show that is Fashion Nova: The email I received said they were still putting the finishing touches on the order and that I would receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as it shipped. At that time, the product had not been shipped (as you can see in the screenshots I shared, which were taken the following day).

The email also stated that if I would rather not wait, I could cancel my order for a FULL REFUND, and provided me a link to do so. I followed that link and canceled the order. The email did note that they cannot cancel orders that are already in the process of being shipped. I understood shipped as meaning literally shipped.

Which is fine, except that in this circumstance, all access to the order indicated it had not been shipped or even received by the shipping company. (Mind you, this is still the SAME day the order itself was submitted.) Perhaps the assumption is that creating a label means it is "shipped," which would be nice for them to communicate and not offer a full refund as a solution. Every step of this process could have had much better communication. The following day after initiating the cancellation, I then received the email saying my order had been refunded.

But only for the $21.99. No explanation beyond that, just a simple receipt with a note at the bottom saying to visit the Help Center with any questions. Which I did, because I was confused that only the shipping was refunded. However, there was no way I could find to talk to a real human, and the FAQ was general.

Shortly after receiving that email, I received another that said thanks for the cancellation request, and as a courtesy to make things right, they have refunded the shipping. It also made that statement about it not being the immediate resolution hoped for, but it provided nothing else. Nothing about the item already being too far in the process (I could see there was a label created, but the item had still not been received by the shipping company), nothing about a full reimbursement coming...nothing. And of course, all my efforts to get some sort of customer service were in vain.

That is why I turned to the official complaint platforms; it would be nice to hear from an actual Fashion Nova person, trying to be a squeaky wheel and all (but honestly, I doubt I ever will, other than lovely keyboard warriors, as seen above). It was not until later that day that I received the first email saying the item had shipped. Now, IF they had good customer support, a simple conversation with a person could have taken care of all of this. And maybe some ways noted how they could communicate with customers better.

But the combination of poor communication and nonexistent customer service is the biggest issue here. I know as a society we have all come to accept the subpar service of large businesses, but I will still not be spending any money here in the future. My assumption (I have not had time to deal with this further yet) is that I will get refunded, hopefully not having to pay for the return fee. However, one could argue they have still been fraudulent with my time due to misleading information and poor communication.

My best guess is that this is a classic pitfall of overly automated systems. Cleaning up communication could potentially help with that.

I have worked in customer service, including leading teams, and this is absolutely not what I would let remain as acceptable, but I suppose I have higher expectations of care for the people I serve than most. This likely will make no difference, but I would rather make some sort of effort than lean into apathy.

I wasnt at home when the UPS Driver came to my apartment on May 2,3026.So he left slip of paper on the entrance door window, that my package was taken to 1000 Taylor Ave which is a CVS Pharmacy store. I went there yesterday but the package was not there.

And its not there today either. The delivery number is 923914****20 drives initials looks like BY.

One of my items purchased did not honor the 50% off code. The website advertised 50% off of everything.

However, one of my items gave me nothing off.

I don't know if this was intentional or accidental, but it needs to be fixed expeditiously! It seems as if there's some false advertisement going on here.

I did not receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase. When I try to initiate a return through the website, it shows that my order number cannot be recognized or linked to my email or phone number.

I used this email address and phone number when placing the order, but the system is still unable to locate my order.

Could you please assist me in locating my order and initiating the return process?

Preferred solution: Just able to return , and link my orders to my email address to return some items.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online red, brown, black and to my dismay I just noticed that they have a sticker that says these shoes have lead and can cause SERIOUS BIRTH DEFECTS! NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE OR IN THE DESCRIPTION DOES IT MENTION THIS.

THE SHOES HAS A STICKER THAT SAYS THIS. I THINK THEY SHOULD NOT BE SHIPPING THESE SHOES OR SELLING THIS! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! NOW I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THIS.

I DONT THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO WHEN THEY CLEARLY KNOW THIS! JUST SICK.

I PAID APPROXIMATELY $100 FOR ALL THESE SHOES PLEASE TAKE THEM OFF YOUR WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY. LADIES DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES I WM ASKING FASHIONNOVA TO PAY FOR THE RETURN AND REFUND ME MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!

They cannot change the order information, such as canceling specific items, changing billing address or payment method, or editing discount codes. The order value must be over $75 to avail free shipping. If the order needs to be delivered within two business days, customers have to pay an additional charge of $15.99.
