I returned 3 items. I got 2 refund gift cards for 2 items and not the 3rd item, which is size 42 taupe ripped jeans.
All the items were returned at the same time. How can you refund for 2 and the package hasn't even been delivered yet? I'm owed one more gift card refund for the jeans, and I got an email stating that they received the package, but they haven't given me my refund for the jeans that were in the same package as the other items they paid me for. When that happened, I knew it was going to be some issue about paying me my money.
A big company like them will steal $20+ from me, which is absurd, and try to act as if they didn't receive them.
After I get my 4 items I ordered with my gift cards, I'll never ever shop here again. The experience is and was horrible.

Didn't get my refund gift card for returned items. They refunded me for 2, but it was 3 items in the same package, and they gave the 2 refunds way before they even received the package.
How can you refund for 2 and not 3 when they are all in the same package? I got an email stating that they received the package, but I haven't received my money.
That's not right or fair to me. I spent my money, and I want it back.

My heart is truly broken. I ordered these clothes for my daughters photoshoot scheduled for November 25th, and I paid for next-day delivery because I needed the items urgently.
Unfortunately, UPS failed to deliver the package on the scheduled next-day date. It was delayed and delivered today instead.
To make matters worse, the package was left on the street-level porch, and the driver did not ring the doorbell.
This caused additional stress and concern, especially considering the importance of this order.
Because the delay and mishandling affected my daughters photoshoot preparations, I am requesting a Replacement for the next-day delivery fee and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and impact this has caused.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt resolution.

I ordered a jean and jacket set a month ago. I never wore it because I wear a uniform to work.
Today, I had a chance to wear it for the first time. I put the outfit on, wore it to work, and my pants split from top to bottom the first time wearing it. It was horrible and embarrassing.
I want my money back and to file a claim online. This site has horrible customer service and no assistance with things like this to help with.

I recently made a purchase at Fashion Nova Men for two different orders: Order #17166**** and Order #17210****. I work every day on call and run my own plumbing business.
I get pulled in a lot of different directions, but I stayed on top of the delivery time frame for 3/4, then UPS changed the delivery time frames, so I wasn't sure when to be at my residence. I currently just moved to an apartment complex with over 100 apts. Neighbors have informed me that in their past, they experienced theft of packages and items, so I was alert while looking out for packages. At the time of both deliveries, I was unfortunately at work.
One order's items arrived at 2 PM, and another order arrived at 6 PM. I was not at my residence; I got off late hoping to receive the package because I did get a message that the package had arrived. Although when I got there, the packages were not there. I decided to give it a few days to see if it was a glitch in the system or something.
But honestly, these items were a birthday gift, my loved one's birthday passed, and I don't trust ordering a second time due to the theft on the property. If I can talk to the manager or customer service about this issue to resolve it, ultimately I would like to request a possible refund of both orders.

I received the Order on Mon Oct 27. Fashion Nova had me pissed off but once I finally received my order, I was satisfied. Contact the company direct by email or a phone call to their customer service department.
As of last night/Tues Oct 21, 2025, I now have a tracking# for the 2nd Order#16918**** however, I still do NOT have a Tracking# for the 1st Order#16915****. Can this complaint be sent directly to Fashion Nova as to WHERE IS MY ORDER#16915****?
I will attach the screenshots from my Bank Account where I was already charged for BOTH ORDERS (money taken out/processed) for that Order purchase. WHERE IS MY FASHION NOVA ORDER ON THURS OCT 17-ORDER#16915****.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Expedited shipping fees.
I filed a complaint with pissed customers which made them pay attention to my issue.
Before that they would answer me with generic bot answers lacking any care or ingenuity. Once I got the notification that they had read my message, they offered to refund the shipping fee.

Here's my full review.
I placed an order on the 6th and paid $40 for express shipping. Order number 16386**** (express delivery for today, Friday, August 8th, and the order has not yet shipped).
I'm pretty disappointed as my event is tomorrow and I don't have an outfit. I have used their express shipping before without issue.
Whenever I click on contact us, it leads to a blank page. It's very hard to get help from Fashion Nova or actually talk to someone via email, phone, and there is also no chat feature.
My order is supposed to be delivered today and it hasn't left the warehouse. I paid extra for express shipping. I will file a complaint with the consumer protection service. This is very frustrating and I have had multiple issues lately with Fashion Nova. I don't plan on ordering anymore with them.

Failure to deliver my item on time
At this point, I just want my money back. Fashion Nova is currently running some kind of scam in the month of October, where even if you purchase your Halloween outfit at the beginning of the month, it's not going to arrive at all, and there is no way to contact them.
They send you an automated email and think that's it. You can't get a refund unless you do a return, but can't do a return for a package that never arrives. On top of that, they had my package sit in their warehouse for a whole week before transferring it to UPS, and then UPS is taking their good old time to move the package through the system. After doing research, I have learned that Fashion Nova and UPS are doing this to many other customers in the month of October.
As soon as you ring the alarm about your package taking forever, it suddenly goes missing in the system. Now my package is apparently lost. How are you losing multiple Fashion Nova packages that were ordered in the beginning of the month right before they are supposed to be delivered? You guys never sent out the package to begin with.
I have already talked with the BBB, and next I will be going to the FTC as well as my bank, and if there is still no answer, I will be making a legal case against Fashion Nova.
It's making me even more upset to see that they are doing this to other women as well. It's not just me, and they continue to be silent with no way to contact them.

This is really aggravating me. I cannot get this issue resolved without telling the truth.
Fashion Nova needs to understand I only buy things from them when it comes down to online ordering.
So to have so many problems with returning a defective item is ridiculous. Fashion Nova needs to have better quality in customer service.
