I received the Order on Mon Oct 27. Fashion Nova had me pissed off but once I finally received my order, I was satisfied. Contact the company direct by email or a phone call to their customer service department.
As of last night/Tues Oct 21, 2025, I now have a tracking# for the 2nd Order#16918**** however, I still do NOT have a Tracking# for the 1st Order#16915****. Can this complaint be sent directly to Fashion Nova as to WHERE IS MY ORDER#16915****?
I will attach the screenshots from my Bank Account where I was already charged for BOTH ORDERS (money taken out/processed) for that Order purchase. WHERE IS MY FASHION NOVA ORDER ON THURS OCT 17-ORDER#16915****.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Expedited shipping fees.
I filed a complaint with pissed customers which made them pay attention to my issue.
Before that they would answer me with generic bot answers lacking any care or ingenuity. Once I got the notification that they had read my message, they offered to refund the shipping fee.

Here's my full review.
I placed an order on the 6th and paid $40 for express shipping. Order number 16386**** (express delivery for today, Friday, August 8th, and the order has not yet shipped).
I'm pretty disappointed as my event is tomorrow and I don't have an outfit. I have used their express shipping before without issue.
Whenever I click on contact us, it leads to a blank page. It's very hard to get help from Fashion Nova or actually talk to someone via email, phone, and there is also no chat feature.
My order is supposed to be delivered today and it hasn't left the warehouse. I paid extra for express shipping. I will file a complaint with the consumer protection service. This is very frustrating and I have had multiple issues lately with Fashion Nova. I don't plan on ordering anymore with them.

Failure to deliver my item on time
At this point, I just want my money back. Fashion Nova is currently running some kind of scam in the month of October, where even if you purchase your Halloween outfit at the beginning of the month, it's not going to arrive at all, and there is no way to contact them.
They send you an automated email and think that's it. You can't get a refund unless you do a return, but can't do a return for a package that never arrives. On top of that, they had my package sit in their warehouse for a whole week before transferring it to UPS, and then UPS is taking their good old time to move the package through the system. After doing research, I have learned that Fashion Nova and UPS are doing this to many other customers in the month of October.
As soon as you ring the alarm about your package taking forever, it suddenly goes missing in the system. Now my package is apparently lost. How are you losing multiple Fashion Nova packages that were ordered in the beginning of the month right before they are supposed to be delivered? You guys never sent out the package to begin with.
I have already talked with the BBB, and next I will be going to the FTC as well as my bank, and if there is still no answer, I will be making a legal case against Fashion Nova.
It's making me even more upset to see that they are doing this to other women as well. It's not just me, and they continue to be silent with no way to contact them.

I placed an order on 10/30 for $120.45 before discount. With a discount, it came out to $90.86.
Then I was charged $6.99 plus tax of $5.90, bringing the order to $103.75. As advertised, for orders of $75 and over, shipping is free.
I was charged for shipping. I would like to be refunded the cost of shipping.

I ordered adult shorts, and they sent me long pants for a 5-year-old kid. I shouldn't have to pay to return them, but they're charging me, and there's no one to talk to.
No customer service. Nothing on the website makes a return like this easy for their customers. They made the mistake, so why should I have to pay for it?
I'm done with them. The shorts are what I ordered; the kid pants are what I got.

It’s been really poor. Finding an email online is hard and getting a reply clearly doesn’t seem likely
Im currently logged into my account on the app, but when I try to go on my orders to leave a review its asking me to sign in again. When I do sign in it tells me I dont have permission to view them. I have an order coming that I have no way to track and trying to reach customer service is so difficult.

I ordered a pair of pants from Fashion Nova.com. .com.
The pants were final sale. When I received them, they were defective. One leg was noticeably longer than the other. I contacted Fashion Nova via email and told them what the problem was.
They replied and asked me to send in pictures to verify my claim. I sent the pictures and they came back and said that the pants were final sale and there was nothing they could do. I replied telling them that the pants are defective, and I wasn't trying to get my money back, I would gladly take another pair of pants that are not defective. Defective.
After that message, Fashion Nova has not responded to me. I understand they don't give refunds on final sale items, but if that item is defective, I expect them to send me another pair.
I shouldn't have to lose my money because they ship faulty products. The difference in leg length might look small in the picture, but it was noticeable when I tried them on.
User's recommendation: Be careful buying from Fashion Nova. Consider each purchase as non-refundable because they won't give you a refund, they only give you a store credit. And in my case, where I received defective pants, you can forget it. If they don't want to help you, they will just ignore you.

i’ve been calling him for the last two weeks to get my money back on my in-store credit of $355. They keep saying they haven’t received my package and yes they have I have proof. I’m upset I want my money don’t order from them I’ve been a little customer for years
I returned the order on 1 October. They claimed they didn't get the order, with the order received on 6 October.
I have yet to get my gift card or my refund.

Not great since I can't reach a live agent to stop fraud on my card. My card has been compromised for a large order on your website.

I recently placed an order and it was 1day shipping per promo. That was on 9/24/25 and still have not received my order.
When check the status it says shipping label created but UPS hasn’t received the merchandise. That order was for my birthday dinner, so I know how you feel
