Hi,
I am not satisfied with your investigation.
1: My building has a reception which has a 24-hour concierge, so all parcels are delivered to them and signed for and not delivered to our doors. I have received parcels from you before and they have all been received by the concierge.
So why is it different now? 2: The picture that was sent to me is not a picture of my door. I will attach a picture of how my door looks like as all the doors in this building look the same, so it definitely cannot be with a neighbour as well. 3.
The delivery driver probably stole my parcel, went to a similar building and sent that nonsense picture as evidence which is so wrong. 4. The photo sent does not even show the label of the parcel or even my door number. 5.
Why wasn't there any picture when I received the alert that my parcel had been delivered to my door? I had to send an email before I was given the photo evidence which is not even the right place. Why should I report to the local authorities when it is your responsibility to contact the courier and make sure that parcels are delivered safely to customers. And if you are not able to give me my product, you refund the customer.
It's not my responsibility to do that.
I am so upset.
I have been a loyal customer for a while now, and it's unfair that I am being treated this way. Ensure my case is treated with fairness.

I purchased two dresses from them. One of my dresses was ripped and the other dress was not in my package, so basically, I never received my second dress.

My package was never delivered.I was suppose to sign for my package but I never recieve my package or a call from the driver, the picture that was taken by the driver was deleted, but he left the package outside my building without contacting me, it so absurd

I received a text message for the next 100 orders they will send $1,500 in cash! If this is not true and fashion nova is scamming I will never order from this site again. I was wondering what number was I because I placed an order 5 minutes after the text was sent.

I have been trying to send these pictures they asked me for because they sent the wrong item to me. One was right, but my other item wasn't and I've sent the pictures 7 times to where they directed me, and it keeps saying it failed. The picture is of the wrong item they sent, which I didn't order.

I have ordered these shoes and the most expensive dress on the receipt for a very important celebration I received both in timely manner except both of them were damaged I sent pictures and video and receipt the same hour plus I called I was told they were unable to opened them I sent them two more times no one responded nor reached out my party was completely ruined. Im beyond disappointed they are still sitting here waiting for an answer.

I did order from you guys. I placed two separate orders for two different items: one denim jumpsuit and one ruffle dress. I have all the receipts showing your attempts to deliver the parcels to my address, but these items were returned to your company. I ordered another item from you, which was delivered but I have yet to receive these two items.
I can provide you with the receipts and if you cannot assist me, I might have to request a refund. As a loyal customer who regularly orders from you, this is the first time I have experienced such a problem. What frustrates me further is that I have been dealing with this issue for quite a while and I didn't know what to do about it. They told me to contact you, but I can't find a customer service link anywhere on your website or Instagram which can address this grave problem.

Personally, this experience has been a great disappointment. This is my first negative experience with you, and I am terribly upset. I would kindly suggest you process a refund or re-send my packages immediately because this has been a horrifying experience.

I paid $100 to get next-day service, but next-day service wasn't the case upon completion of my order. The bottom of my email stated that I would receive my order the very next day, which would have been August 30, 2024, but to no avail, the order didn't come.
I've contacted Fashion several times by email to find out what the problem was, but no one has contacted me in the past. When I've previously contacted them, they have responded right away, so I guess they feel like they're wrong in this order. I need a resolution because I didn't have to spend that much money.
I did that because I needed the item right away, so please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
