Shoes cause birth defects & cancer
- - Ordered 3 pairs online in red, brown, and black; sticker warns of lead and birth defects, not on site; paid $100 and want refund with return costs.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online red, brown, black and to my dismay I just noticed that they have a sticker that says these shoes have lead and can cause SERIOUS BIRTH DEFECTS! NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE OR IN THE DESCRIPTION DOES IT MENTION THIS.
THE SHOES HAS A STICKER THAT SAYS THIS. I THINK THEY SHOULD NOT BE SHIPPING THESE SHOES OR SELLING THIS! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! NOW I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THIS.
I DONT THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO WHEN THEY CLEARLY KNOW THIS! JUST SICK.
I PAID APPROXIMATELY $100 FOR ALL THESE SHOES PLEASE TAKE THEM OFF YOUR WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY. LADIES DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES I WM ASKING FASHIONNOVA TO PAY FOR THE RETURN AND REFUND ME MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!

Preferred solution: Full refund and they pay for shipping not me. How can you sell something online knowing it causes cancer and birth defects!!! Pay for the return immediately. This is a lawsuit. Stop selling these shoes take them off your website immediately!!!

I did not receive my dress, but I did receive a very cheap-looking gold cover-up I did not order. I have sent multiple pictures of the item I received.
I have emailed multiple times.
I have not gotten any response. Why would I ever order anything again with this terrible customer service?

I took my package to ups 1 or 2 weeks...
I took my package to UPS 1 or 2 weeks ago and I haven't got my refund money back since then. When I looked on Fashion, it says it hasn't been refunded.
Why is it taking so long?
I have receipts to prove I took my package back and more receipts to prove that my package was late. That's why I wanted to return and get a refund.

Make sure you don’t need to return time frame for return may lapse due to poor customer service
Trying to return item to UPS with labels stating item not found I dont know why there has to be 100 words. I just need to return label that [PERSON_NAME] taking to UPS to work for my item return before the time is up. Its stating item not found you guys make it too difficult pick up the phone it rings and then it disconnects.
- Especially when you have a certain time to return something
- You can never speak to someone when you call customer service it rings it rings it disconnects you guys gotta do a better job

Ne plus acheter chez eux s’il n’ont pas une succursale dans leur ville
J'ai reçu un colis et ce n'était pas les bonnes dimensions. Je veux retourner, mais c'est impossible car DHL me demande de payer 200 $ CAD, ce qui est plus que le prix d'achat. J'ai écrit un mail pour avoir une étiquette de retour DHL qui vient de Fashion Nova, mais ils n'ont pas répondu à mon mail ni à mon appel.

Missing Package
- - I wasn't home when the UPS driver came on May 2, 3026.
- - The note says it went to 1000 Taylor Ave CVS Pharmacy.

I did not receive a call back and now my package and my package is being sent back to the sender after my Apple credit card has already paid for my items I would like a full return
I wasnt at home when the UPS Driver came to my apartment on May 2,3026.So he left slip of paper on the entrance door window, that my package was taken to 1000 Taylor Ave which is a CVS Pharmacy store. I went there yesterday but the package was not there.
And its not there today either. The delivery number is 923914****20 drives initials looks like BY.

Never received my order

Divided order purchase. Divide the order purchase if it is more than your usual.
Whenever I try to make a payment, I get an error message. I've tried with all my cards, even the ones I've used successfully in the app before.

- - The package did not arrive and no delivery code was received.
- - I want a refund or help locating the missing package.
Hi. I bought a package from you the 15th of june but it never arrived to me.
I never got a code to give the store it was sent to. It was supposed to be arrived the 30th of june and it registered in my email that the package was at the destination but when i asked if they could check if they got it they hadnt.
