Ustedes pusieron una dirección que no es la mía. Son culpables de que pasó ese error.

USP no puede hacer nada. Ustedes deben solucionar ese problema con esa dirección para que puedan buscar el paquete y me lo traigan a mí, por favor, ya que es difícil comunicarse con ustedes.

Fashion Nova mandó mi paquete a otro lugar. Yo necesito que ustedes me manden mi paquete a mi dirección correcta. No sé por qué ustedes pusieron mi dirección mal.

I returned a package on September; I still don't have my money back yet. They gave a stupid answer. I will open a claim with the bank.

I placed this Order on Fri Oct 17. The Total with Tax/Delivery $87.10.

It was 2 items in that order. Your site says it was confirmed & scheduled to be delivered on yesterday Oct 21, but I have NOT received a Tracking# as of 12:40P PST Wed. Oct 22, 2025.

I will attach a screenshot of my Bank Account Transaction showing that the amount of $87.10 has already processed out of my account.

I will also attach your sites confirmation of Order# 16915****.

I have not had any problems with ordering from Fashion Nova Online until the last 2 recent orders both on Fri Oct 17. I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I expect DELIVERY of this Order ASAP or REFUND THE $87.10

Please Advise Tracking# confirmation & an ETA of its Delivery!!!

My return wasn't registered or refunded but tracking confirmed return received. No way to get live support for online orders

I ordered a dress, and it came damaged; the super glue, or whatever was used, was ineffective. The flaps were coming off on the front of the dress.

I tried to get a return label slip, and I was unable to do it online.

Then I tried to contact you guys, and it's like I'm unable to contact anybody. I'm very pissed off.

As of Tues evening Oct 21, I did receive a tracking# for Order#16918****.

However, I am now really really PISSED because I have NOT RECEIVED A TRACKING# FOR ORDER#16915**** ($87.10).

Please Advise...

I place an order on Friday I got a confirmation number which is em7de2x1q but I didnt get Ian invoice I need to no the status of my order and the monies was deducted from my account. I've been dealing with this going on two weeks now and no one has called back. No one texted back and let me know what I need to do. Send the label before I can send the pants back and get my right order. I need it by November 3.

I ordered this for my birthday. I'm having a birthday party and I don't want to have to go out and buy something else, and I'm paying for this already.

Waiting more than 3 weeks and I still don't receive my order yet. I called DHL, but they don't have my parcel as Fashion Nova is still processing or something, so they told me to call them, but they never respond to me. The Fashion Nova website is showing that I never purchased anything from them, but I paid $201 AUD.

I'm making an order with Affirm; the money was taken out, but I still don't see a confirmation from you, Fashion Nova.

I have explained a million times how I was wrongfully charged! I was ordering on the Fashion Nova US site, and my total was $179. As soon as I checked out and entered where my delivery was going to be, it switched to £ pounds! So it went from $179 to £179.

Everyone in their right mind with a little sense would know that my price should have exchanged to a lesser amount. But these damn agents are lying, saying my order was £223, and £179 is the correct amount! Which is a crazy damn lie! I know what I purchased; I saw the amounts, and I even have screenshots of the emails and stickers that came with my stuff saying it's worth $179!

I want my money back ASAP from the exchange. It's like £60!

I accidentally placed the same order twice when, in actuality, the order was placed through Klarna pym.
