Hi, my order was supposed to be shipped next day with free shipping with a $100 total. Now it says free ground shipping 3-7 days.
I did not pick that shipping process; I selected next day shipping. That's some BS.

I can't use my gift card on my recent order placed online. I'm very disappointed in how things work, your refund policy, and your clothing, and would like to continue buying from you.
I can't get anyone on the phone to help me with my gift card to be able to use it right before Mother's Day, so can someone please help me with this? Thank you.

- - Free 2/13/26 delivery shows after cutoff; only standard 2/23 option.
- - 2-business-day by 2/17 for $23.99; user asks to honor 2/13 delivery.
I wanted to purchase an complete ski suit with boots and goggles and there is an option for it to be delivered by 2/13/26 if ordered by 3pm EST for free. However, it is 7:21pm EST and that option is STILL available and doest give another option outside of that time except standard shipping arriving 2/23.
That doesn't work since I need it for the 21st. And then you have 2 business days and get it on 2/17 by paying $23.99. Why is this all over the place pricing?
I shouldn't have been able to make the purchase and choose that option after the cut off time, but instead was. As a courtesy, i am asking for Fashion Nova to honor the 13th delivery date.

- No available customer service either by phone or chat with phone being the best option taking peoples money and they cannot address their concerns to anyone is not professional nor courteous
- And cannot use special characters while typing and cannot go further even after deleting them unnecessarily frustrating
Preferred solution: I would like to have the free 2 day shipping honored after I confirm my message was received. I have every intent of buying the ski outfit, goggles, boots and gloves if available

Company has no direct contact. Refund process is slow even though no money is returned just store credit.
However, the company wanted me to pay $5 for a resolution, which was ridiculous to me. About the product, I have ordered two (now three) of the same suit, one in a size large and the other in an XL. Both suits fit the same; the XL (jacket) was larger, but the pants seem to be smaller than the large size??? I have returned the large size and will be returning the XL today.
I really love the suit, so I have purchased the 1X (this makes the third suit). Reading reviews, they stated the suit was true to size. I ordered large scrub pants from you, and they are loose fitting. I normally can fit a large.
I have included pictures so you can see how the suit fits me (the pants are very snug, which I cannot sit in). However, I am $300 out due to inaccurate sizing and hope I will be refunded cash instead of store credit?

Hello, this is Amaya Rickert. I'm writing about my package that is missing.
It was saying it was delivered on Thursday, February 26th, and I saw the delivery photo. When I went out there, I went to check where it was placed in the delivery photo, and it was not there. It's been five days since y'all claimed to deliver it, and I still haven't received my package yet. I've been on the phone with UPS already, and they didn't do anything about it.
That is just so unfair because I ordered that for my birthday, which is on March 7, and it still has not arrived yet. I still don't have what I paid for. UPS says that the claim is closed, but it's not closed because I offered them two options: to replace my items first or give me my money back, and then I'll shop somewhere else. They didn't do any of that, so therefore my problem is still not fixed, my money is still missing, and my clothes are still missing.
I'm very angry and disappointed about this. My package was not on my porch like it was shown in the picture. I checked with my neighbors and my family members, and they have not seen it either. I need my problem resolved now!
This is unacceptable. I'm not walking away with $97 missing from my pocket and my package not even here. This is unacceptable. My case will not be closed until I either get my items replaced or my $97.08 back that I paid for.
Because y'all didn't take this long when y'all were taking my money, so it shouldn't take that long for y'all to give it right back. I'm tired of being on the phone with the delivery company over and over and nothing getting done about it, and y'all aren't taking me seriously, and it's making me angry day by day, and my birthday is coming closer and closer. Y'all just can't close the case because y'all are going off of a delivery photo and then saying your part is done, so y'all don't care about me when I truly have not gotten my package. I've been telling y'all I even contacted the Better Business Bureau because y'all are hard to contact.
Y'all don't have any customer service line or customer service chat. It's been days, and I still haven't seen my stuff replaced or my money back. This is unfair. Y'all cannot do this.
My package was not out there, so therefore y'all have to give me my money back or replace my stuff, or that would be so messed up. I don't care if it was a $10 order, but I'm not taking a $97.08 loss. That's unacceptable. I'm still waiting for my problem to be solved, and if it's not solved by tomorrow, I will be emailing y'all again over and over until y'all truly help me and fix my case because why is nobody helping me?
I feel violated and not taken seriously. I'm demanding a refund for order #17968**** to the original payment method, or I'm going to be getting a hold of corporate and higher companies.
This is just ridiculous and unacceptable. I asked y'all nicely if y'all could replace my items or refund my money back, and y'all haven't done that yet.

I purchased my cart, received a confirmation, received another message saying 1 item was sold out, so I replaced the item. Come to find out, they never canceled the 1st order.
So I have 2 of everything coming for no reason. I don't understand why y'all don't have a cancel order option for things like this.
