please do not buy anything in this store. All the products are of poor quality, which is why in the reviews they don't let you rate them with photos so that we don't see the poor quality of everything. if you try to return something, first you have to pay for the label return and second they don't give you your money back and just give you credit to buy again. i never want to shop on this page ***

Pissed

You offered 2 day shipping and we get our things whenever the 3rd party delivers it? I want my money back for two day shipping and I did not receive my items in two days. A complete scam I brought my shirt for Juneteenth and now my date is pushed back from receiving it today thats why yall have a class action lawsuit big liars!

Package not delivered

I never recieved my package it was told to me that it got ship back to your companu within hours no one contacted me i needed my cloths at the time of travel and it was not accepted by fed ex and it got sent back no communication on you all end.i need a full refund

Placed an order, but coupon did not go thru! I’ve placed 3 or 4 orders, it seems like coupon never gets applied!!!!

I returned an item but my refund has not been posted since 3 weeks now. Contacting fashion nova for online purchases is a nightmare.
