Hello, good morning,
I understand that making changes to an order can be difficult, but I wanted to kindly request assistance with my shipment.
I have an upcoming vacation starting Friday, May 1 at 5:00 AM, and I urgently need the outfits I ordered. I realized that I may not have selected the correct shipping option, and I would greatly appreciate it if my order could be upgraded to express shipping so it arrives in time.
If there is any additional cost required to make this change, I am more than willing to pay the difference.
Please let me know as soon as possible if this adjustment can be made and what the next steps are.

Wrong order
I placed an order for jeans, and they sent me a 2-piece pants set instead and refused to do a return, but I'm still sending them back.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Keep contacting the company.
Fashion [PERSON_NAME] sent out my order with the bikini bottoms missing. I explained to them multiple times that I didn't receive the bottoms to my bikini.
They sent me an email saying, basically, I received my package, so the fact that the bikini bottoms are missing was not their problem. Therefore, they weren't going to send out a new one or refund my money.

I bought a dress for my baby shower and it is nothing like the picture
The dress shoes it long in the back. And if its a wrap dress it doesnt wrap even half way around.
Very upset my baby shower is this weekend June 27, 2026 and now I have to figure out what Im going to wear. I would like to return and get my money back not a store credit.
Me and my family shop with you guys all the time. Im very disappointed

Both gift cards are not working want refund issued back to my debit card
I loved Fashion Nova for the quality of clothes and the prices. But once you need to return the item , ur getting a non working gift card. I had to loose out on some good sales because I have almost $57 in Fashiona nova gift card that I can’t use and I refuse to use my debit card again
I have sent several emails informing Fashion nova of the discrepancies but no one responded. I want to order stuff with my credit but the gift card isnt working . Ive missed several good sales on things I really need and liked .

Had a horrible experience with Fashion Nova. I made a purchase of over 100 dollars to get next day shipping.
The next day, I received notification that my package was delivered, but it wasn't delivered to my address. It was delivered to the wrong address! I reached out to neighbors through the Nextdoor app and through social media groups, but no one was honest enough to return my package. I had to wait 3 days to notify them it's one of their policies.
When I reached out to them, they weren't helpful; they just continued to say UPS delivered and provided a picture. After going back and forth, they told me if I can prove that the picture was not my home to send proof. I did in fact send proof that the picture provided was not my house.
Even after all that, they ended up saying, 'Sorry, we aren't responsible.' They showed no care for their customers and did not try to replace or refund my money. Truly a frustrating experience; I will not be shopping here again!
