Fashion [PERSON_NAME] sent out my order with the bikini bottoms missing. I explained to them multiple times that I didn't receive the bottoms to my bikini.
They sent me an email saying, basically, I received my package, so the fact that the bikini bottoms are missing was not their problem. Therefore, they weren't going to send out a new one or refund my money.

Returns or exchange my order because it's too small, but I can't find the order number. I bought Elain's Embellished Draped Thread Mini Gown Pink/Combo XL.
The size is too small. I would like to exchange it for a bigger size, e.g., 2X.

I am writing regarding a very frustrating issue with my recent order (#18384****). I spent over $200 on this order and needed to return a few items (jeans and a shirt) for a different size.
However, the return barcode provided does not work, and when I attempt to process the return online, the system states that my order number cannot be found. I have tried multiple times over several days with the same result. I also have my receipt confirming this order number, so this appears to be a system issue on your end. I have reached out previously and have not received a response, which is extremely disappointing as a long-time customer who has spent a significant amount of money with your company.
At this point, I am requesting immediate assistance with processing this return or an alternative solution. Please advise as soon as possible, as I am trying to resolve this within your return window.
If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further. I look forward to your response.

Hello, I placed an order, and when I checked on the order, it said that the packet was damaged. I emailed the help support and was told someone would get back in touch with me, never telling me that a replacement order would be sent out, so I reordered the available items.
Now I will be getting the same order three times, and I'm being told that I will get a gift card, not a refund for my payment that I made on the order. I keep being told that a specialized team person is handling my case, but I haven't heard from anyone in that department. Now, when I go back to return the item, I will have three of the same items; most of them can't be returned. I feel like this is not my fault.
I was never told that a replacement would be sent. If I would have known that, I never would have ordered the same thing. I expressed this in another email, saying that I would be reordering the items to the first person that replied to my first email. In the second email that I sent, that's when I was told I was getting a replacement order.
I explained that I had already reordered the items and I couldn't cancel the order. I need help with this. The way it's looking, I'm going to be held responsible for paying for three orders with the same item, which is not fair at all. Can someone please reply to this email?
I hope that this can be resolved without me having to pay for this item three times or having to keep the items from three of the same order. I have a problem: I was sent the wrong item, and I was refunded. All I'm asking is to be made whole. All I want is one order of the items and to be able to return the other items.

I just called and nobody answered the phone. It literally just hung up in my face.
My reason for reaching out is I did an order last Thursday. My birthday is on Saturday, so I was trying to see if I can receive my order as quickly as possible.
As of now, I said I would not receive it till the day after, which is Sunday. Thank you.

I placed the order on May 14. It told me that my order should be here no later than the 22nd.
I needed the order for the 23rd. When I went in on the 21st to check my order or to track my order, it said that my order had been recalculated, and the new date was the 27th, which is not when I needed the clothes. I reached out to Fashion Nova and asked for a refund, and they told me that they do not do refunds; however, they can provide me with store credit.
I don't use Fashion Nova; this was my first time and by far my last. There's nothing I want in their store outside of the clothes that I originally ordered for a day that didn’t come in on time, so now I don't need those clothes either, and I'm out of money.

No reimbursement
- Packages were delivered to the wrong address repeatedly.
- Carrier and retailer refused reimbursement after proof of misdelivery.
I live in an apartment complex where there are multiple buildings with the same apartment numbers. I specifically put the number of my building in my address line for this reason.
Fashion Nova's carrier has delivered my packages to the wrong address multiple times. And when I proved that the package was delivered to the wrong door, neither the carrier nor Fashion Nova would take responsibility to reimburse me.
They had me fill out multiple forms multiple times only to tell me they would not be held responsible. After being a loyal customer for years and years, I will never purchase from them again.
